Dyname has been awarded Horizon, a three-year European project aimed at revolutionizing energy use in homes and urban areas. The main goal is to enhance energy efficiency through digital technologies, paving the way for innovative solutions for more sustainable energy.
The project’s outcomes will contribute to the development of new social business models inspired by the sharing economy. These models will be presented to the European Commission to encourage regulations that support dynamic demand-response systems, making the energy market more responsive and efficient.
As part of the Horizon program, named DEDALUS, Dyname and ISRAA will lead the Italian pilot project. The focus will be on the ISRAA building in Treviso, where elderly residents will actively participate in a co-design process to optimize energy usage and enhance living comfort.
Dyname will play a strategic role in the technical, economic, and contractual analysis of energy suppliers, working to balance user needs with available supply. This approach marks a crucial step toward creating a future energy economy capable of addressing evolving social and economic challenges.
